We do not process refunds for any services or products due to their digital and non-tangible nature. Payment & Pricing

What types of payment do you take?

At this time we only accept payment via Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or bank transfer. We may Invoice you for payment for certain services. You are obligated to pay the invoice after entering into a contractual agreement.

Price Changes:

Pricing on services and products are subjected to price changes at any time with no obligation to communicate it with you.

We do not price match or discount our services. All services are priced fairly due to the hours and amount of work that’s involved. We will not negotiate to price for any of our services or products. You agree to these terms if you decide to use our services or purchase/use our products.

If you purchase a service or digital product and it so happens to go on discount or sale, we cannot give you the difference or refund you. You may only purchase services or products for the fee at that time during the promotion. There are no exceptions.


You will need to sign and complete a contract, non-disclosure & release form before participating in services.

Duties & Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and duties fees incurred. We are not responsible for these fees or duties.

Failure of payment

Failure to pay for digital product or services will result in a cancellation of services and legal action will be taken If you do not fulfill your contract agreement in a timely manner given.

If your payment is declined after service or product has been downloaded or given, you are required to pay for any and all fees that have been generated along with the service price. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately to avoid penalties and fees.

Coupons & Discounts

All coupon codes cannot be applied to past orders and orders that have already been placed. Coupons and codes can only be applied to new orders. You can only find coupon or discount codes here on our website or through promotional emails & newsletters that you must sign up for before purchasing or using a service.

Service Transfers

Clients are not able to transfer services to other clients. Services are personalized for the client that is listed on the forms. Clients are prohibited from sharing any and all information from coaching/training sessions along with Courses, Ebooks and other services offered. You agree to these terms when a service or project is purchased or downloaded. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

We do not guarantee that our services such as coachings, training, courses, ebooks or other digital services will give you results. You are responsible for ensuring your own success. If you do the work, you’ll see results. All results vary depending on multiple factors like Industry, niche, demographic and other factors.

Digital media is always changing and new techniques are always being generated. Please keep this in mind as you grow your brand and Influencer status. We will do our best to make sure our pieces of training are up to date.

Social Media Management Terms

We do not offer refunds for our services once a contract has been entered. 

Fees: All services have fee’s that are required. When you contact us for pricing information, You’ll receive a breakdown on the Fees and pricing information.

Monthly Manager Fee: There is a monthly management fee for all social media marketing services. This is included within the total price of the VIP Package and Single service.

If you choose to cancel your service before your term is completed, you are required to pay a cancelation fee. A breakdown will be given to you. 

Merchandise Sales

All sales on our merch are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your items, please contact us using our contact form within 7 days from receiving your package for us to be able to assist you. Please measure for the correct sizing. We cannot exchange or return due to our shipping process. Please measure according to our measuring guide for the best fit and please read the descriptions.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our merchandise or services at any time without notification.


How long until my order arrives? Merchandise may take up to 2 weeks for arrival. Items are on a made to order basis, meaning: Products are not already made for sale. They are created after you have confirmed your order at checkout. Because of this, it may take additional time for your order to be received. Holidays and high traffic events could delay your order. Once your item leaves our facilities, it is out of our control what the postal services do. Please contact your postal service regarding your package.

Where are my orders coming from?

Our distribution centers send the products directly to you. You will receive tracking information and should check-in on the status of your order.

Tracking Information:

Tracking is sent to the email you provided after confirmation of payment.

Shipping Information:

Shipping costs start at $4.00 and increase depending on the weight of the product. This can increase or decrease depending on shipping methods.

What If the post office says my order is delivered but I don’t have it? 

Please follow-up with your local postal service. If you do not get updates after contacting them, please contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to assist you.

My Order is lost! 

That is very unfortunate. We ask that you verify that you’ve entered your information correctly before hitting submit. If you have accurate information, we ask that you follow up with your local post office to put in a claim. You may contact us if you did not get your lost order resolved. We will do our best to assist you.

Discounts & Coupons for Merchandise: 

We can/will change pricing at our own digression without notice to our customers. The only discounts or coupons that are offered will be sent via our Newsletters and website platform. that are sent to customers who sign up to receive our emails

There may only be (1) One discount/coupon applied to each order that is placed. We will discount the pricing of our merchandise based on the item with a higher value.

Phone Cases: 

We do not claim that our phone cases are waterproof or drop proof. Our phone cases are for style purposes. We do not replace or refund phone cases that are damaged due to normal wear and tear or drops/full water submerging. We are not responsible for your damages. If you received a broken phone case, we ask that you contact us within 7 days for us to be able to assist you.


All merchandise is shipped and handled through our warehouse. We do not store specific sizes or colors, all items are made to order. Processing times may take a little longer during holiday or sale events. You should receive tracking information to the email that you’ve used to place your order. Please use the tracking information. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

My Lettering on my fabric is distorted? Depending on the type of fabric determines how the logos and lettering will look. If you notice it’s really blurry, please contact us and we will do out best to assist you.

Washing Instructions: Like any fabric, you want to wash your garments in cold water and turn them inside out. When they arrive, there will be a strong vinegar scent. This preserves the garments. We will not replace defects on merchandise that were caused by your washer or dryer. Please follow care instructions to preserve the life of your merch.

Lettering & Logo’s will fade over time and after each wash. This happens to all fabrics unless embroidered or vinyl was used in the production of the merchandise. We do not replace faded garments from regular use.


All sizes are listed on the product description. To avoid sizing issues, use a measuring tape and follow the sizing guide. We do not accept returns or exchanges so It’s important to measure yourself.

Color Variations: 

All colors and designs vary depending on the garment and fabrics used to produce the merch.
